Booking/Cancellation Policy 

If booking with me directly through text/phone/Whatsapp/Messenger, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to be paid by new customers.  This can be paid by cash or bank transfer. The balance will be paid on the day of the appointment. The 50% is non-refundable and only transferrable to another date if more than 48 hours notice is given.

If booking online, your card details will be required to book an appointment, no payment will be taken at that time, payment will be due on the day of the appointment by cash or bank transfer.


The below cancellation policy applies for all customers, regardless of how they book.

Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the booking value, cancellations within 24 hours 100% and no shows 100%. Appointments are free to rearrange out with the 48 hour period. If you fail to pay, any future appointment requests will be denied.


If a gift voucher is used and you fail to show or cancel within 48 hours of the appointment, the gift voucher will be taken as payment for the missed appointment.
