Cancellation Policy 

A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to be paid by new customers, prior to your appointment.  This can be paid by cash or bank transfer. The balance will be paid on the day of the appointment.

 

If, for any reason, a new customer fails to turn up for their appointment or cancel within 24 hours, the 50% is non-refundable and not transferable to another treatment. Full payment will be requested for the missed appointment by all customers. If you wish to rebook, full payment will be required.

 

If a gift voucher is used and you fail to show or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, the gift voucher will be taken as payment for the missed appointment.
